I am so thankful for the time I spent working with Ashlee! It was time well spent! I was exhausted, feeling overwhelmed to the absolute max, and had severe brain fog at our first session. She immediately put me at ease and helped me dig in to see what areas I needed the most help with. I started putting things into practice and things really started getting better around week two for me. I had started trying to listen to my body and understand what was happening.      Ashlee is trustworthy and very easy to talk to. You can see that she cares and is committed to helping improve your life. My main focus was reducing stress. As a teacher in the spring, I feel like that is a universal problem for us. I have some tried and true strategies that have worked for me, and I know they can work for you too! I have gained sleep, stressed less, and have found ways to treat myself with grace when I don't meet the outlandish expectations that I seem to place on myself.
