Hi, I’m Ashlee—a Registered Nurse and Wellness Consultant helping high-achieving women feel like themselves again. After nearly 20 years in healthcare, I’ve seen what burnout does—and I’ve lived it too. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in the cycle of starting over.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to do it all and focused on simple, consistent habits that actually fit my life. That’s when my energy came back, the weight started to shift, and I finally felt in control again. Now, I help other women do the same in a way that’s realistic and sustainable.
